La Botte Restaurant is family run and owned by Paolo Grenci.
His mother and father were both born in South of Italy. Having studied hospitality and catering and having spent time in the kitchen as he grew up, Paolo learned the art of Italian cooking from his mother and grandmother.
After years working in restaurants, Paolo set out to open his own restaurant, one that offered authentic genuine food with a family atmosphere.
